2. Final Sale Policy for Rare & Runway Collector Pieces
Due to the exclusive nature, extreme rarity, and high collector value of our luxury inventory (including sold-out CHANEL runway editions, fine jewelry, and limited-edition handbags):
- Standard Final Sale Policy: All sales of rare, runway, brand-new-in-box (BNIB), and collector luxury items are FINAL SALE.
- No Returns for Remorse: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, sizing preferences, or event usage. Please review all detailed photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully prior to placing your order.
3. Conditional Return Exceptions & Security Tag Protocol
If an exception or authorized return is granted in writing by Global Glam Client Concierge:
- Tamper-Evident Security Tag: Items are shipped with an attached, numbered, tamper-evident security ribbon/tag. If the security tag is cut, removed, damaged, or re-attached, the return is IMMEDIATELY VOID and no refund or store credit will be issued.
- Pristine Condition Required: The item must be returned in the exact condition received, with all original packaging, dustbags, boxes, ribbon, care booklets, receipts, and authenticity tags intact.
- Inspection Window: Client must contact client concierge at info@globalglam.com within 48 hours of confirmed courier delivery. Approved returns must be dispatched within 7 business days using a fully insured, tracked courier service provided or approved by Global Glam.
